Happy St. Patricks Day everyone! I made
Irish Soda Farls this morning to complement our Irish breakfast, I recommend them, they were so easy!
I was feeling brave with this one. It had rained all night and the sun was finally breaking through, making everything that was wet seem very bright.

We've definitely had some interesting clouds here lately. Right now it's so windy I don't think a cloud could survive, Charlie the cat is racing around the house like the world is ending.... I don't think wind is his favorite.
